Originally from the Midwest, Ellen studied Elementary Education at the University of Northern Iowa. Her affinity for education and development led her into various leadership roles in the retail and telecommunications industries to enhance internal and external customer relations. Joining McKean Smith’s team gives her the opportunity to continue to learn and grow in a field of service that she respects and admires.
Ellen uses her customer service and leadership background with clients to create an esteemed experience through each interaction. She believes that building trust and confidence in the service, including the people delivering it, starts with the first initial contact.
Residing in Vancouver, WA since 2005, Ellen enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family as well as staying active with obstacle races, rock climbing and not being afraid to try anything at least once while encouraging others to do the same.
