Amanda Ray, a lifelong Portlander, graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2024. During her time there, she was actively involved in the Negotiation Moot Court and Family Law Society, demonstrating her academic and practical commitment to the field. Her interest in law is rooted in a deep commitment to advocacy and compassion, which she looks forward to bringing into her practice.
Amanda’s dedication to her community is evident in her past roles as an ambassador board member for CASA for Children of Multnomah and Washington Counties and Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest. She has also volunteered with the St. Andrew’s Legal Clinic.
Outside of her professional life, Amanda finds joy in making everyday moments magical for her son, whether they’re embarking on small adventures or diving into creative art and science projects together. She has a passion for food and wine tasting, savoring the rich flavors and experiences they bring. Amanda also loves bringing people together, whether it’s through hosting game nights or simply sharing a meal with loved ones. For Amanda, it’s all about finding the fun in life’s little moments and creating lasting memories with those she cares about most. These activities offer a fulfilling balance to her work, allowing her to recharge and continue her journey in law with passion and dedication.
